An email from the Provost’s office and the President’s NTTF Task Force on Monday October 21st provided a follow up on a series of Campus Conversations that will take place in the coming weeks. These are designed to encourage open dialogue about what is needed as the university seeks to implement the new promotion guidelines for NTTF.
As President McConnell wrote: “ To do this effectively and fairly, we must all agree to work together to be successful. This is an opportunity for us as a university to stack hands to commit to working together. We may make mistakes along the way, but they will be mistakes made with goodwill as we try to navigate a daunting but ultimately extremely rewarding challenge.”
We encourage all NTTF, as well as TTF, deans, department heads, and staff to attend any or all of the following open sessions so that your voice is heard.
